西部地區(qū)規(guī)模最大梯匠、水平最高贱避、展示實物最多，在機械裝備行業(yè)中享有較高知名度和國際參與度的鼎級專業(yè)展會－立嘉國際機床展覽會（簡稱“CWMTE”）將于2009年5月22－25日在重慶國際會議展覽中心舉辦第十屆扶绒，本屆展會的主題是創(chuàng)新疙汁、創(chuàng)優(yōu)、創(chuàng)牌幅之、創(chuàng)贏语哺，屆時展會規(guī)模將超過1500個標準展位，展示面積超過35000平方米刑炎，專業(yè)觀眾及買家將達到50000人次忽仗。
第九屆立嘉機床展規(guī)模達1300個標準展位，展示面積30000平方米征绸，參展商達528家久橙，展出整機達543臺，數(shù)控化率接近90%管怠。參展企業(yè)中除了來自20余省市知名機床制造商如：沈陽機床集團、大連機床集團、漢川機床集團渤弛、重慶機床集團等祝拯，還有來自美國、英國她肯、日本佳头、德國、意大利晴氨、瑞士康嘉、瑞典及臺灣香港地區(qū)的166家國際知名企業(yè)參展且不乏世界500強企業(yè)，比例超過30%籽前，取得了各方共贏的目標和滿意的效果亭珍。

Dear Clients:
Welcome to the 10th China West Machine Tool Exhibition (CWMTE).
CWMTE will be held from May 22 to May 25, 2009. This exhibition is the top and professional event for its largest scale, highest standard and reputation in West China. Many international companies will be attracted here with us. We will provide over 1500 standard booths, covering an area of 35,000 m2. The professional visitors and buyers will be expected to hit 50,000.
The 9th China West Machine Tool Exhibition has provided 1,300 standard booths, covering an area of 30,000 m2. In the past event, 528 exhibitors were attracted and 543 complete machines were displayed, among which the numerical control rate was close to 90%. Among the exhibitors, 20 famous manufacturers are from 20 provinces and cities such as Shengyang Machine Tool Group, Dalian Machine Tool Group, Hanchuan Machine Tool Group, Chongqing Machine Tool Group, and 166 international famous enterprises are from U.S, U.K, Japan, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Sweden, Taiwan and Hong Kong. Among them, 30% of the exhibitors are top 500 enterprises. An all-win result is achieved among all the parties.
The 10th China West Machine Tool Exhibition will face with the key stage of Eleventh Five-year Planning implementation, reconstruction of disaster stricken areas after “5.12” Earthquake, recovery of industrial enterprises suffered heavy loss in this earthquake, advance of strategy deployment for the development of equipment manufacturing in West Region. In 2008, approx. 120 billion Yuan has been invested for industrial technological transformation in Chongqing, and the amount of investment will keep increasing in 2009. In the meanwhile we will celebrate the 10th anniversary of CWMTE in 2009. The exhibition committee regards our exhibition as the new opportunity and start of development. With the ten-year development of CWMTE, we will fully bring advantages into play and continue to improve the quality of service and viewers’ effect in order to expand scale, provide high quality exhibition and create brand exhibition.

會刊編映蒲：
為配合大會的宣傳，印制大度32開精美會刊(尺寸210mm×132mm)空厌，包含所有展商的企業(yè)簡介及部分展商宣傳廣告银酬。會刊將在會期免費發(fā)送給所有業(yè)內參觀人士筐钟，還將通過主辦單位和各協(xié)辦單位發(fā)送到以西部為主的專業(yè)用戶單位咳讲。

參展手續(xù)
1.即時起報名，截止至2009年4月10日止口猜。展覽會采取“先報名透揣、先選擇、根據(jù)展品重量及類型安排展位”的參展原則辐真，凡申請參加展覽會的單位請認真填寫《參展合同》（見附一），其中務必詳細填寫參展展品情況（主要用于會前耐床、會中的宣傳）楔脯，填好后傳真或郵寄至組委會，組委會收到即安排展位堪嫂，發(fā)放《參展預定通知書》；
2.參展企業(yè)請于報名時將企業(yè)或產品簡介（一百字以內）以及代表貴單位最新技術猖沈、最新設備的產品或展機照片/圖片（請附產品名稱) E-mail至組委會，以便組委會能及時將參展商相關資料登上展會網上展廳頻道以及其他對外宣傳刊物中進行宣傳诲狐。參展企業(yè)對提供之資料內容的正確性、真實性砍梁、合法性川麦，負有完全的法律責任伦颠；
3.展位租金及其他參展費一律實行預收，參展商報名后十天內支付所需費用全款或50%的定金侮杆，余款應于展覽會開幕前一個月內付清，逾期主辦單位將有權不予保留展位或提供其他服務诸迟。展位租金僅指參展商租用展示場地費用愕乎，不包含展品的運輸倉儲、吊裝就位及水電氣的租賃等費用感论。組委會收到參展定金后，即向參展商發(fā)出《參展通知書》快耿；繳清余款時芳绩，即發(fā)出《參展確認通知書》，參展商憑《參展確認通知書》入場布展妥色。                            

Procedures of Application:
1. Application is started right today and ended on April10, 2009. The earlier you apply, the earlier you may choose the booth. The booth will be arranged according to the type and weight of the goods to be exhibited. The exhibitor shall fill in the Application Form (See Annex 1), particularly the detailed information of the goods to be exhibited (for advertising before and during exhibition), and return it to the Organization Committee by fax or e-mail. Upon receipt of the Application Form, the Organization Committee will arrange the booth and release the Exhibition Prequalification Order.
2. The exhibitor is required to submit a brief introduction of your enterprise or products and three pictures of your products or machines that represent your latest technology and equipment by e-mail, so that the Organization Committee can post the exhibitor information in China Mechanic Exhibition website and other industrial websites. The exhibitor shall undertake the legal responsibility for the correctness, trueness and validity of the information thus provided.
3. The rent for booth and other fees for exhibition will be charged in advance. The exhibitor shall pay 50% or all of the expenses within 10 days after submitting its application, with the balance to be paid within 1 month before exhibition is unveiled. Otherwise, the host organization has the right to cancel the reservation of booth and refuse to provide other services. The rent for booth only refers to the expenses for the exhibitor to rent the exhibition space, exclusive of the expenses for transport, storage and installation of the goods to be exhibited or the expenses of water, electricity and gas during exhibition. Upon receipt of the caution money from the exhibitor, the Organization Committee will issue the Exhibition Confirmation Notice. Upon receipt of the balance of the payment from the exhibitor, the Organization Committee will issue an Admission Letter to the exhibitor. With the Admission Letter, the exhibitor may access the exhibition hall and arrange the exhibition space.

參展注意事項
1.“先報名、先選擇展位”的原則绣坛，將以《參展合同》回傳至組委會的時間確定塑渤；
2. 繳納定金后确铛，如果退訂部份展位，所繳定金概不退還稻蒂，且不得要求以所繳定金抵繳展位費涂嫡。逾期定金及余款未繳交者，視同放棄參展抬泛，組委會將即時通知候補企業(yè)參展。凡欲退展之企業(yè)請及時（或在布展二個月前）出具書面通知書刨啸。
3.大會組委會有權根據(jù)展覽會總體規(guī)劃和實際參展規(guī)模對展位位置作相應調整及增识脆、減；
4. 《參展商服務手冊》發(fā)放時間為2009年1月5日灼捂。承辦單位將委托有關的承建商、承運商等服務機構為參展商提供各項服務宫蛆，各有關服務機構的聯(lián)系電話、聯(lián)系人洒扎、收費說明和展覽會的進度安排都將登載在《參展商服務手冊》和展覽會網站上衰絮，參展商應根據(jù)相關要求及時與有關機構取得聯(lián)系，以確保展覽會前期準備和布展工作的順利進行谓虽。
5.為了讓各參展商在展覽期間享受到更好的服務，參展商在收到《參展商服務手冊》時笤簸，即時按相關要求認真填寫服務指南上的各類表格；為確保展覽會的專業(yè)性及安全性册安，參展商須按展覽會規(guī)定之范圍申報展品姑享，展品與其申報展品不符，且有違反組委會相關的規(guī)定罪褒，組委會有權調整其展位或取消其參展資格，所交費用概不退還授瘦；
6．關于參會代表的交通、旅游提完、酒店等會期相關事項請詳見《參展商服務手冊》袜硫；
7.以上條款最終解釋權歸屬于重慶市立嘉會議展覽有限公司。

Notes to Exhibitors:
1. The earlier you apply the earlier you may choose the booth, based on the time you return the Application Form to the Organization Committee.
2. If the exhibitor is to cancel the booking of some booths after paying the caution money, the caution money thus paid will neither be refunded nor be used as the payment for booth costs. Those who do not pay the caution money or clear the balance will be deemed to waive the exhibition, in which case the Organization Committee will instantly notify the candidate enterprise to attend the exhibition. Those enterprise to cancel the exhibition shall issue written notice to the Organization Committee timely (or 2 months before the exhibition).
3. The Organization Committee has the right to adjust the booth position, add or delete the booth based on the general plan and actual scale of the exhibition.
4. The Exhibitor Service Handbook will be released on January5, 2009. The host organization will entrust the construction contractors, transport contractors and other service contractors to provide corresponding services for the exhibitors. The phone and contact person of the service organizations and the scheduling plan of the exhibition will be posted on the Exhibition Service Handbook and the website. The exhibitor may contact the relevant organizations according to the scheduling plan to make preparations and arrange the booth.
5. To obtain better services during the exhibition, the exhibitor shall, upon receipt of the Exhibitor Service Handbook, fill up and timely submit the various forms in the service guideline. To ensure the professionalism and safety of the exhibition, the exhibitor shall refer to the scope of exhibition and declare the goods to be exhibited. If the goods exhibited do not comply with the declaration and violate the stipulations, the Organization Committee has the right to adjust the booth or cancel the qualification, in which case all of the fees paid will not be refunded.
6. The detailed information about the transport, travel, hotel and other matters is provided in the Exhibitor Service Handbook.
7. Chongqing LiJia Conference Exhibition Corp Ltd. reserves the right to final interpretation of the above clauses.
