　　職位描述：

1. Follow up customer and Sales Engineer’s issue

2. Handle complain from customer and Sales Engineer

3. Create and develop customer service system on the basis of feedback from customer and Sales Engineer

4. Handle customer’s return invoice and shipment

5. Cross department cooperation

6. Cross department communication

7. Communicate between Walter Tuebingen and Walter Wuxi on product quality

8. Implement protection of the environment according to “environment policy of the WALTER Group”
