Description

Providing professional service in off-line programming, programming debugging and fixture, probeing configuration design and software training to external and internal customers.  Training employees, identifying, analysing and repairing product failures. Determining and recommending products or services which fit the customers' needs mostly. Relying on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Working under direct supervision. Reports to the supervisor.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor degree in Metrology instrument
Experience
Familiar with Geometric Metrology and Quality Inspection.
2 years above as application engineer.
Other skills
Good English in reading, writing and fair in speaking.
Comprehensive computer knowledge with hardware and software
Good knowledge in CMM metrology
Able to travel frequently on domestic and international business trips

Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide standard training for customers.
- Provide measurement, programming, trouble shooting and on site support for customers.
- Investigate and answer in-depth technical questions from internal and external customers.
- Explain technical aspects of applications
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned such as sales support in demo center and so on.
- Collect customer date for database and future better customer’s spport.
- Provide application solution to customers for after sales.
- Translate training material and manuals.
- Activately cooperate and coordinate with training team, sales support team
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned

The skill to adjust verbal and non-verbal action in interpersonal relationships to the situation and to react appropriately to the reactions of others. The skill to acquire specific information and forward it.
