尊敬的DMG MORI 客戶：您好熙涤！

由于受新型冠狀肺炎疫情的影響，今年的春節(jié)假期相對(duì)往年鞠绰，時(shí)間長了很多腰埂。

在您準(zhǔn)備恢復(fù)生產(chǎn)，開動(dòng)機(jī)床之前蜈膨，敬請(qǐng)仔細(xì)閱讀以下的溫馨提示屿笼，減少或避免機(jī)床出現(xiàn)不必要的故障和損壞：

一、機(jī)床開機(jī)前的環(huán)境條件檢查1車間環(huán)境溫度要求

DMG MORI 的產(chǎn)品强剥，要求使用環(huán)境的溫度為20-22 度, 最低溫度不得低于18度, 相對(duì)濕度低于75%担擦，如果溫度過低,會(huì)造成機(jī)床的控制系統(tǒng)自我保護(hù),不能正常工作。

2 電源電壓

機(jī)床一段時(shí)間停用后统扔，在開機(jī)前必須檢測(cè)機(jī)床電源電壓，要等電源電壓穩(wěn)定了才能開啟機(jī)床的電壓開關(guān)板蜻。

DMG MORI 產(chǎn)品對(duì)電源電壓的要求是400Vac或者200Vac(日本/天津工廠生產(chǎn))馁筷， 允差±5%。

開機(jī)前捺盖，請(qǐng)檢查電網(wǎng)電壓值芥吧，包括相序疤嘴，是否缺項(xiàng)。接線端子是否牢固漾衅？

3 壓縮空氣的供應(yīng)

開機(jī)前先檢查機(jī)床供氣壓力大小在0.5~0.65Mpa范圍內(nèi)住卿，氣源必須干燥（氣源質(zhì)量差直接影響到光柵尺，主軸楞便，電磁閥等零件壽命）矫迹，過濾芯是否需要更換。

4 加工液的液位檢查

檢查切削液位是否滿足日常工作所需呈野；是否變質(zhì)需要更換低矮。

5 電池電壓的檢查

機(jī)床一般都配置有數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)單元，電池的電壓不足被冒，提供的電流不能滿足數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)的需要军掂，會(huì)造成數(shù)控機(jī)床的參數(shù)程序等丟失。

6 急停按鈕的位置

開機(jī)前，請(qǐng)將機(jī)床上各位置的急停按鈕闲延，設(shè)置為釋放狀態(tài)痊剖。如：手控盒，操作臺(tái)垒玲，電控柜陆馁。

7 冷油機(jī)/水冷機(jī) 液位檢查

請(qǐng)檢查設(shè)備配置的冷油機(jī)/水冷機(jī)的液位，需要的話参七，進(jìn)行必要的補(bǔ)充或者更換励砸。

8 檢查機(jī)床的潤滑油以及液壓油是否充足

根據(jù)容器上面標(biāo)識(shí)的最低液位進(jìn)行檢查，并補(bǔ)充村次。

二痒弃、開機(jī)過程中的注意事項(xiàng)

在開機(jī)過程中翅拜，需要留意屏幕上的信息提示，特別是紅色的信息仆扰。

三澳踱、開機(jī)后的操作

開機(jī)后注意各軸及工裝夾具間的干涉伤主。

正常開機(jī)后，建議對(duì)機(jī)床進(jìn)行坐標(biāo)軸的回參考點(diǎn)操作癣彩。

對(duì)機(jī)床進(jìn)行預(yù)熱運(yùn)行玫氢，確保各軸充分潤滑。

執(zhí)行程序的空運(yùn)行谜诫，檢查各功能是否正常運(yùn)行漾峡。
四、部分備件交期將延長

Friendly Reminder

Dear DMG MORI China Customers：

Due to the outbreak of new Coronavirus, the Chinese new year holiday of this year is much longer than usual.

Before you are ready to resume production and start machine operation, please kindly read the following tips carefully to reduce or avoid unnecessary machine failure and damage：

Please carefully check the environment conditions before starting the machine.

1吼季、Requirements for workshop environment temperature

For DMG MORI machines，the environment temperature is required to be 20-22 degrees, and the minimum temperature shall not be lower than 18 degrees. And the relative humidity is less than 75%. Low temperature environment will cause the control system of the machine tool protect itself and cannot work properly.

2伊了、Power supply voltage

If the machine has been out of production for a period of time, the Power Voltage of the machine must be checked before start-up, and the voltage of the machine can only be started when the power voltage is stable.

The power supply voltage requirements for DMG MORI products are 400Vac or 200Vac (produced in Japan/Tianjin plant), with the tolerance of ±5%.

Before machine start-up, please check the grid voltage value, including the phase sequence, whether there are missing items. Are the wiring terminals connected firmly误反？

3、Supply of compressed air

Check the air supply pressure of the machine is within the range of 0.5~0.65Mpa before starting the machine, and the air source must be dry (the poor quality of the air source directly affects the service life of the grating gauge, spindle, solenoid valve and other parts), and whether the filter element needs to be replaced.
4栅刚、Check the level of coolant

Check whether the coolant level meets the needs of daily work or needs to be replaced for deterioration.
5奠钾、Check the battery voltage

The machine tools are generally configured with data storage unit, if the battery voltage is insufficient, the current it provided can’t meet the needs of data storage, which will cause the loss of CNC machine parameters and other procedures.

6、The location of emergency stop button

Before starting up the machine, please set the emergency stop button of each position on the machine to the release status. Such as: hand control box, operating station, electronic cabinet.
7慈哗、Oil cooler / Water cooler liquid level inspectionPlease check the oil cooler / water cooler level of the equipment and make replenishment or replacement if necessary.

8浮两、Check whether the lubricating oil and hydraulic oil of the machine are sufficient or not

Check and replenish according to the lowest liquid level marked above the container.

If necessary, please contact our service / spare parts department for consultation and purchase.

Attention matters during startup.

During the machine starting up, you need to pay attention to the information prompt on the screen, especially the red information.

If there is anything unusual situation, take photos and contact the hotline support team of DMG MORI.

Operation after startup.

Pay attention to interference between each shaft and fixture after start-up.

After the machine start-up, it is recommended to operate the reference point of the coordinate axis.

Warm-up the machine to ensure full lubrication of the shaft.

Execute the air-run of the program, check whether the function is normal.

The delivery of certain spare parts will be postponed.

Affected by the outbreak, Lufthansa has canceled all flights to and from China, as a result, delivery of certain spare parts from Germany would be postponed, but we are making every effort to coordinate internally, if you have any emergency case, please feel free to contact us to release your PO as soon as possible, to avoid effect on production at your machine tools.
